 Export and Import workflows

1.      Background

Workflows are created on any list, library or site. We can Export and Import those workflows from one environment to other as respective to where we created workflow (list, library or site).

In this following example workflow is exported from library of atlas-training and imported to library of atlas-production

2.      Steps:

·         Export workflow

1.       Open Workflow that you want to export

2.       In ribbon select Export option

3.       Save the .nwf (workflow file) prompted by your browser in your respective download folder

Import Workflow

o   Open new Workflow as blank where you want to import workflow

o   In ribbon select Import option

o   Browse  a Nintex Workflow file (.nwf) to upload that you exported earlier and click on Import

o   Workflow will be imported and now you can do the respective changes or save or publish directly
